- melt butter in a deep fry pan,fry onion lihtly,then the apple,and lastly the curry powder and the flor.
- Stir in the stock gradually and add salt.
- Bring to the boil and skim,ththen add the remaining ingredients.
- Simmer with lid on for about 30 mins on low to med,stirring frequently to avoid burning.
- Use this for curried fish,eggs and so on.
