Ингредиенты

3-5 lbs. goat meat 3 tbsp. curry pwdr 1 teaspoon black pepper

1 lg. onion, minced 3 cloves garlic, minced Salt to taste or possibly seasoned salt

Инструкции

1. Clean and wash goat meat. Add in curry pwdr, black pepper, seasoned salt, minced onion, minced garlic. Rub seasonings well into goat meat. On a cooking pan place about 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly oil, whichever you prefer. Pour meat into pan with oil while it is still cool. Stir and cook till tender.
