4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and halved 1/2 c. flour 4 slices bacon 1/4 c. honey

2 tbsp. mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr Cooked rice

Инструкции

1. Coat chicken with flour. Cook bacon till crisp; crumble (reserve drippings). Brown chicken in bacon grease for approximately 10 min. Transfer to 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 30 min. Combine honey, mustard, salt, and curry. Drizzle over chicken and bake 15 min more. Top with crumbled bacon. Serve with rice.
