Ингредиенты

5 hard cooked Large eggs 3 tbsp. lowfat sour cream 1 tbsp. snipped parsley

2 teaspoon lowfat milk 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr 1/4 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

1. Cut Large eggs in half lengthwise.
2. Remove yolks to a bowl and mash.
3. Combine yolks and next 5 ingredients.
4. Using pastry bag with star tip pipe yolk mix into egg whites. Chill. Makes 20.
