Ингредиенты

1 c. minced onions 1/2 c. minced celery 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms Butter 6 hard boiled Large eggs, sliced

1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of potato soup 1 tbsp. curry pwdr Toasted English muffins

Инструкции

1. Saute/fry onion, celery and mushrooms in a small amount of butter in a saucepan till onion and celery are tender. Add in soups and curry pwdr. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally till heated through. Spoon over muffins. Top with egg slices.
