2 egg yolks 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon curry pwdr 3/4 c. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. vinegar

Инструкции

1. Combine the egg yolks and seasonings in a mixer. With the mixer on a medium speed, drizzle in half of the oil. Add in 1 Tbsp. of vinegar and continue adding the oil in a steady stream.
