1 med. onion, minced 1 carrot, minced 1 stalk celery, minced 1 apple, minced 1 clove garlic, chopped

1/2 c. cooked lentils 2 c. water 1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry Dash of fennel seed

1. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 45 min.
