Ингредиенты

  • 3 med Cucumber
  • 1 can Tuna
  • 2 lrg Egg, hard-boiled
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
  • 1/2 c. Celery, diced
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise, Fat Free
  • 2 Tbsp. Pickled relish
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Инструкции

  1. Cut cucumbers in half, lengthwise. Remove and throw away the seeds. Cut a thin slice from the bottom of cucumber if neccessary so which it sits flat. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon into the cucumber.
