  • 1/4 c. green bell peppers minced
  • 1/4 c. red onion sliced
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing, low calorie (4 calories per Tb.) Sugar substitute to equal 2 Tbs. sugar

  1. Combine veggies in a bowl. Combine rest of ingreds. Pour over veggies.
  2. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
