Ингредиенты

12 young cucumbers 6 med. onions 2 c. cider vinegar 1/2 c. sugar 2 teaspoon mustard seed

2 teaspoon celery seed 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon turmeric

Инструкции

1. Slice cucumbers and onions thin. Add in 1/2 c. salt and cover with water and let stand 2 hrs. Drain then add in all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Fill sterilized jars and seal.
