Cucumber, cubed Leek (cut into rings) Tomato juice (to cover)

Water (to cover) Green pepper (to taste), minced Black pepper (to taste)

Инструкции

1. Ratio 2 c. tomatoes to 1 c. water.
2. Place ingredients into a pan. Cover and cook till cucumber is clear. May serve soup warm or possibly cool. Optional: Serve warm with a spoonful of cream cheese and slice of bread on the side.
