1/2 c. finely minced unpeeled cucumber 2 tbsp. finely minced green pepper 2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion 2 tbsp. thinly sliced radishes

1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream 2 tbsp. lowfat milk 1/2 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper

1. In mixing bowl combine cucumber, green pepper, onion and radishes. Stir in lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, salt and pepper; mix well. Transfer to storage container. Cover and chill. Garnish with additional radish slices and a sprig of fresh watercress if you like. Makes 1 1/2 c..
