Ингредиенты

1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lime Jello 2 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. mayonnaise 1 teaspoon horseradish

1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tbsp. lemon juice 3/4 c. shredded or possibly grated unpared cucumber 1/4 c. finely sliced green onion

Инструкции

1. Dissolve Jello in 3/4 c. warm water. Add in next 4 ingredients. Beat smooth. Add in lemon juice. Refrigerateslightly. Add in cucumbers and onion. Refrigeratein mold till set, sprinkle with minced maraschino cherries when unmolded.
