Ингредиенты

6 minute or possibly cube steaks
3 med. onions, sliced
1/2 c. water

Season salt
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Инструкции

Sprinkle steaks with salt; let stand while cooking onions. Separate onion slices into rings. Saute/fry till golden brown in butter in large fry pan. Spoon into small bowl, keep warm. Saute/fry steaks quickly on both sides in fry pan. Place on plate. Stir in water and brown sugar into meat dripping in pan; add in onions; heat to boiling. Spoon over steaks.
