Cuban Flan (Caramel Custard)

Ингредиенты

  • 10 Large eggs
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Инструкции

  1. Put all ingredients (except sugar) into blender. Blend at high speed till all is mixed and set aside. Cook sugar over low heat till it is all melted (syrupy brown) stirring constantly. Pour sugar into desired mold (I use a rectangular lb. cake mold) and cold. Pour mix from blender into mold. Place mold into another pan filled with about 1 1/2 inches water and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Test with wooden toothpick when it comes out clean it is done.
