  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp chopped onion (instant)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grnd pepper
  • 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In small bowl mix mayonnaise, dry mustard, onion and pepper till well blended; set aside. In a pie plate or possibly other shallow container combine crumbs, sesame seeds and parsley. Coat chicken with mayonnaise mix then crumb mix. Place cubes on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  2. In small bowl or possibly c., mix mayonnaise, honey and mustard till smooth. Serve warm with wooden picks and honey-mustard dip.
  3. Makes about 40.
