1 pkg. frzn minced spinach (thawed) 1 c. lowfat sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise

1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix 8 ounce. can water chestnuts, minced 3 or possibly 4 green onions, minced (tops too)

1. Allow spinach to thaw (or possibly cook briefly) and squeeze to remove moisture. In a bowl, stir together spinach and remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in a container, cover and chill at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Yield: 3 c..
