Crunchy Sweet Potatoes

Ингредиенты

4-5 pound sweet potatoes, boiled & mashed
4 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar

2 tbsp. vanilla
1/3 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

Boil sweet potatoes in large pot. Peel and mash. Add in butter, brown sugar, vanilla and lowfat milk. With electric mixer beat till smooth. Pour into large casserole dish.
