1/3 c. lowfat sour cream 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 tbsp. lowfat milk 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon garlic salt or possibly pwdr 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, thawed 3/4 c. water chestnuts, sliced 1 green onion, sliced fine 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1. In medium bowl, blend well lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, sugar, salts and vinegar. Add in peas, chestnuts, green onions, and bacon, coating well. Cover and chill.
