Ингредиенты

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 3 c. Cornflakes cereal
  • 1 c. Half & half Crushed to make 1 c.
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 8 x French bread slices
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Cut diagonally 3/4" thick
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Fresh strawberries

Инструкции

  1. Grease 15x10" baking pan. In shallow bowl, combine Large eggs, half & half, sugar, vanilla and salt; mix well. Place crushed cereal in shallow bowl.
  2. Dip bread slices into egg mix and then bread crumbs. Place in ungreased pan; cover. Freeze 1-2 hrs till hard. Heat oven to 425 . Bake 15-20 min or possibly till golden, turning once. Serve garnished with fresh strawberries, strawberry syrup, and whipped topping, if you like.
