- Preheat the oven to 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5.
- Line a 20cm (8 inch) square sandwich tin.
- Heat the butter in a pan, add in the sugar and honey and stir till it dissolves. Remove from the heat, stir in the crunchy oat cereal and then press mix into the prepared tin.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 min till hard to touch and golden. Cold in the tin for 3-4 min then using a small knife cut into 12 squares. Allow to cold.
- Dip the top of each square into the chocolate and place on a wire rack. Repeat till all the squares are covered. Finally add in 2 or possibly 3 white chocolate drops to the top and allow the biscuits to set.
