  • 2 1/2 c. Rolled oat or possibly barley flakes
  • 1/2 c. Barley flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/3 c. Oil
  • 1/2 c. Sesame seeds

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Combine oats, barley flour, salt, water, and oil in a large bowl; mix throroughly.
  3. Shape the dough into a rectangle and roll it paper-thin on a lightly greased, rimless baking sheet.
  4. Moisten the surface of the rolled dough with a damp pastry brush, and sprinkle seeds on the dough. Roll again to press seeds into the surface.
  5. Using a knife or possibly pizza cutter, cut the dough into 1-inch squares.
  6. Bake till thoroughly dry and slightly brown, about 40 min.
