Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla butter, size of a walnut flour, as needed
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Инструкции

  1. Cream the butter and egg; add in the sugar and baking pwdr; mix well; add in the lowfat milk and vanilla, mix well. Add in sufficient flour to make a little stiffer than cake batter and bake in 9x13-inch pan at 375 degrees for 20-30 min. When cold cut in little squares and top with filling.
  2. Chocolate Pudding Filling:Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch and cocoa, add in to lowfat milk and water and bring to boil, add in vanilla. Put this on the squares and serve while warm.
