Ингредиенты
- 1/3 c. Corn syrup
- 1/4 c. Chicken broth
- 1/4 c. Soya sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 c. Garlic [clove] chopped
- 3 lb Chicken wings
Инструкции
- In pan mix first 5 ingredients. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat & cold. Put separated wings in plastic cooking bag and lay in pan. Pour marinade over chicken wings and tie bag. Chill for 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Arrange chicken wings on foil lined baking sheet and spoon half of marinade on wings. Bake in 400 oven for 30 minutes, turn wings and put rest of marinade on and bake another 30 minutes. Baste occasionally.
