- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375
- brush bread on one side with live oil,place on a baking sheet till toasty and crisp turn over brush the other side and bake till crisp d not burn the bread
- In a saucepan warm the milkover low heat
- in a separate saucepan melt butter,add the flour to the butter all at once and cook till bubbly
- Slowly pour in the broth and the warm milk whisking over low heat for about 2 minutes until creamy
- REMOVE pan from heat add salt pepper,Stir in heavy cream,capers,and caper liquid
- SPREAD each piece of bread with a layer of MASCARPONE. Top with 1/2 ounce or a little more of Salmon,a slice of red onion
- and top with a sprinkle of Rosemary .SERVE THE WARM CAPER SAUCE ON THE SIDE OR DRIZZLED ON TOP
