Use frozen Swedish Meatballs for an easy prep. Serve with potatoes, over noodles or rice.

  • 1 lb. Swedish meatballs, thawed (12-16)
  • 1 can Golden Mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup water or beef broth
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, room temp
  • 2 tbs. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley

Инструкции

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  2. Add cream cheese and sour cream.
  3. Adjust seasonings and serve with parsley garnish.
