Crockpot Green Bean Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
- 28 ounce frozen green beans
- 6 ounces pancetta, crisped in the microwave and chopped
- 1 cup roasted red bell peppers, finely chopped
- 10 ounces cheesy alfredo sauce*
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 1/2 ounces French fried onions, canned
DIRECTIONS:
In a crockpot, place the green beans, crispy pancetta, chopped peppers, alfredo sauce and pepper, mixing well to combine. Cover; cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours, stirring once after an hour. Just before serving, add the fried onions and stir lightly.
