  • 1 lb grnd beef, extra lean
  • 1 med onion -- minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 2 clv garlic -- chopped
  • 1 x bay leaf
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 16 ounce no salt added tomato sauce
  • 32 ounce low sodium kidney beans, canned - liquid removed

Инструкции

  1. In a skillet break up beef with fork and cook till lightly browned. Pour off excess fat.
  2. In crockpot, combine meat with the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hrs. Remove bay leaf.
