7 x boned and skinned chicken breast halves cut in strips 2 x onions sliced 2 x green bell peppers cut in strips 2 x red bell peppers cut in strips 2 x jalapeno chile pepper minced 4 x cloves garlic chopped

2 tsp chili pwdr 2 tsp grnd cumin 2 tsp grnd coriander 28 ounce tomatoes, canned 1/4 c. water 8 x flour tortillas

1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs.
2. Serve with salsa.
