6 x boneless chicken breasts 2 Tbsp. margarine salt and pepper to taste 2 Tbsp. dry italian dressing 3 1/2 ounce cream of mushroom soup

6 ounce light cream cheese cubed 1 sm onion minced 1 can mushroom stems and pcs 1/4 c. sherry

1. Wash chicken and pat dry. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken in crockpot. Sprinkle dressing on top. Cover and cook on low for 5 or possibly 6 hrs. 1 hour before serving, mix soup, cream cheese, sherry and onion in a saucepan.
2. Cook till smooth, stirring.
3. Spoon over chicken. Add in mushrooms. Cook 30 min longer. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
