  • 3 x (1 lb.) cans pinto beans, liquid removed
  • 3 x (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
  • 1/4 lb bacon browned till crisp and then crumble
  • 1 med onion, diced fine
  • 1 x bell pepper, diced fine (optional)
  • 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 c. prepared mustard
  • 1/3 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1 c. brown sugar

  1. Mix together all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low 4-6 hrs.
  2. Crockpots are wonderful in the summer as they don't heat up the kitchen.
