2 1/2 c. cooked rice 1 1/2 c. scalded lowfat milk 2/3 c. white or possibly brown sugar 3 Large eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon salt

2 tbsp. vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 c. raisins 3 tbsp. soft butter

Инструкции

1. Combine all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crock pot. Cook on high 1 to 2 hrs. Stir during first 30 min. Recipe can be doubled.
