Crock Pot Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe ~ Delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake with Ooey Gooey Chocolate Lava! Top with Ice Cream, Chocolate Syrup and Peanut Butter!

Ho, Ho, Ho! Happy Holidays!

Can you believe Christmas is just around the corner?

Ekkk me neither! For some reason it just doesn’t feel like it’s Christmas. Sure, I have the tree up, the lights are twinkling outdoors. The presents are mostly bought. Now if they would just appear around my tree I’d have it made! Maybe it’s the 40 degree weather outside? I love it, but it’s throwing me for a loop since we do live in Minnesota and that snow we had is quickly melting. The mud is appearing and it kind of makes me think it’s spring!

I really don’t enjoy the cold weather of Minnesota, but I do want a white Christmas. I’m hoping for 28 degrees, no wind, and a beautiful layer of fresh white snow adorning the grounds when I wake up on Christmas. Not asking much is it? I didn’t think so!

What are you doing for Christmas? We will be hustling and bustling to family gatherings like usual! I love seeing everyone gathered together and celebrating the season but in the second breath man is it super exhausting with two small children!

Therefore I need to create some “me” time around the holidays so I don’t get to stressed out. My perfect way to do that is cuddling up in front of our fire place with a good book and a mug of hot chocolate. There’s nothing more relaxing especially with the Christmas tree twinkling!

Have you heard the news? Have you? Have you? International Delight has came out with Hot Chocolate! The NEW Hot Chocolate comes in Milk Hot Chocolate and Dark Hot Chocolate and is found in your dairy section. You can also use it in this fabulous Crock Pot Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate Lava Cake. That’s a mouthful! This is to die for you guys. I’ve never made a lava cake or had one before. Um, ya what was I thinking? If you haven’t then we need to fix this! Make this delicious treat for a holiday party. You can keep it warm in the crock pot while you eat dinner then treat everyone to a piece afterwards! Awesome Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake on the top then there’s this ooey, gooey chocolate on the bottom. Top it with ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup and peanut butter. Trust me, you will be the start of the party!
