Ингредиенты

  • 2 lbs. stew meat, chop in 1 inch cubes
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 med. onion, diced
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce.) can whole tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hrs.
