- 1 pkg. beef tips or possibly lean stew meat
- 1 can beefy mushroom soup
- 1 can beefy gravy or possibly cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp. dry onion flakes (opt.)
- Salt & pepper

- Cut beef tips into bite size pcs. Lightly salt and pepper and place in crock pot. Mix soups and gravy and pour over meat. Cook on low for 8 hrs. Serve over rice.
