1/4 c. flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 3 or possibly more lbs. boneless round top roast, all visible fat trimmed off 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 c. onion, sliced

1 c. water 2 beef bouillon cubes 3 tbsp. dijon mustard 1/3 c. Prime Choice Steak Sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar

1. Rub or possibly lb. first three ingredients into meat. Brown in oil. Mix remaining ingredients and blend together over low heat till bouillon and sugar dissolves. Place roast in crock pot and pour sauce over it and add in onions. Cook on high for 1 hour and low for 6 to 8 hrs more.
