Ингредиенты

  • 8 x Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 c. Seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 2 x Large eggs - beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 x Lemons, juice of Salt and pepper

Инструкции

  1. Directions : Lb. chicken breasts till thin. Dredge each breast in flour and shake off excess. Dip breasts in egg and let drain a bit.
  2. Coat each breast with bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil and butter in large skillet. Saute/fry the breasts for about 2 min on each side till golden brown. Serve with squeezed lemon.
