Potatoes cut in half lengthwise Nonfat Cooking Spray Paprika Black Pepper

Criss-Cross PotatoesPeel potatoes, cut in half lengthwise. Score 1/4" deep, 1/4" apart horizontally and diagonally. Place cut side down on non-stick cookie sheetthat has been sprayed with cooking spray. (I used WW butterflavored spray).
Bake for 30 minutes. With a spatula, very carefully (so you do not peel off crisp part) turn them over, sprinkle with paprika and pepper and bake 20-30minutes longer, soft inside.
