2 Large eggs, separated 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk 1/3 c. salad oil 3 tbsp. sugar

1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 c. sifted flour 2 teaspoon baking pwdr

Инструкции

1. Combine egg yolks, lowfat milk, oil, sugar and salt. Add in flour and baking pwdr. Blend smooth. Beat egg whites till stiff. Fold together whites and blended ingredients. Makes three 9 inch waffles.
