3 c. cooked turkey or possibly chicken 1 c. peas (cooked and liquid removed) 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. minced onion 1 tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper 1/2 c. mayonnaise 6 tomato slices 3/4 c. crushed potato chips

Инструкции

1. Combine turkey or possibly chicken, peas, 1/4 c. cheese, onion, lemon juice, seasoning and mayonnaise. Mix lightly. Place in casserole dish. Top with tomato slices.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Combine remaining cheese and crushed potato chips. Sprinkle over casserole. Return to oven and bake till cheese is melted. Double for company.
