Crispy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. 40% Bran Flakes

Инструкции

  1. Mix flour, soda and salt, set aside. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Add in peanut butter and blend well. Add in flour, mix alternately with lowfat milk, mixing thoroughly. Add in vanilla and mix in cereal.
  2. Drop from tsp. onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Makes about 4 1/2 to 5 dozen cookies.
