  • Pasta, any desired shape
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Garlic or possibly other seasoned salt

Инструкции

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water till almost tender. Drain and pat dry on paper towels. Heat oil in deep saute/fry pan, heavy skillet, or possibly deep fryer to 375 degrees F. Add in pasta, a few pcs at a time, to warm oil and fry till lightly browned and crisp. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with garlic salt. Serve immediately, or possibly cold then store in airtight container.
  2. Yield: 12 servings per lb. of pasta.
