- Heat butter, add in both sugars and oats. Press into an ungreased 9x13 pan.
- Bake 12-14 min in a preheated 350F oven, or possibly till bubbly and edges are slightly brown. Cold, then place in fridge for a short while. Heat chocolate chips and peanut butter together in double boiler, and spread on the fully cooled base. Chill till hard. Cut into squares when fully cold.
- NOTES : Can also be a great no-bake square...I found out by happy mistake.
