Рецепт Crispy Cod Fish Strips 香脆鳕鱼丝 ~ CNY 2014
Hi everyone, Hope you have an enjoyable and wonderful Chinese New Year. I'm back after taking a two weeks break from blogging. So for my post today is the very highly addictive Crispy Cod Fish Strips .You'll ask ...what the same post again? Yes, is the same recipe but minus the nori seaweed. This is because I've an extra packet of cod fish that was bought before the Chinese New Year. This is done by just tying a knot in the centre of the cod fish strips, a lazy method I would say. I was actually doing this to keep my both hands busy while watching TV and then putting the strips in a box, ready to bake them the next day. Gosh, when I served this snack to my guests, they were gone in a minute! :D
Ingredients:
1 packet Cod fish strips, tie (4 strips) a knot in the centre
Bake at preheated oven at 140C for 10-12 minutes or a little golden brown. Store them immediately in an airtight container once cooled.
1 包 鳕鱼丝,拿出4条,中间打个结
放入预热烤箱,用140度烤10-12分钟至稍微金黄色即可。烤好后的鳕鱼丝待完全冷却后,收入罐子里,密封保存。
