1 quart. torn assorted greens 2 c. minced turkey breast 2 tomatoes, minced 2 hard-cooked Large eggs, minced

1 avocado, peeled, seeded, minced 6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled 1/4 c. blue cheese crumbles (optional) 1 (8 ounce.) bottle Ranch dressing

1. Arrange greens, turkey, tomatoes, Large eggs, avocado and bacon in rows on large serving platter. Serve with dressing. Sprinkle with blue cheese.
