Ингредиенты

  • 2 x broiler-fryer chickens - (abt 3 lbs ea) cut up, skinned
  • 1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
  • 2 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 1 c. Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese - (4 ounce)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brush chicken with salad dressing.
  2. Mix crumbs, cheese and pepper. Coat chicken. Place on rack of broiler pan. Bake 1 hour or possibly till tender.
  3. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
