Crisp Salmon Patties

Ингредиенты

1 can pink salmon, mashed
2 med. Large eggs, beaten

1 crackers, crushed

Инструкции

Mix together and form into patties. Drop into 1/2 inch warm corn oil and flatten slightly. Brown and turn only once. Drain on paper towel and serve. Note: Using crackers instead of flour and meal makes the patties crunchy instead of soft.
