1 lg. can salmon 2 Large eggs 1/4 c. corn meal

Salt and pepper 1/4 c. minced onion (optional) Cracker crumbs

1. Mix the first 5 ingredients together with sufficient cracker crumbs to stick together to create patties. Fry in oil till golden.
