- 3/4 c. solid shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkt (3 ounce) jell-o...any flavor
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
Инструкции
- Mix shortening, sugar, jell-o, Large eggs and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients.
- Roll dough into 3/4" balls. Place 3" apart on UNgreased cookie sheet.
- Flatten each with bottom of a glass which has been dipped in sugar. Bake at 400 degrees 6 to 8 min.
- Makes 4 dozen
