2 lbs. grnd beef 1/4 c. onion, minced 1 env. spaghetti sauce mix 16 ounce tomato sauce 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated

1/2 c. lowfat sour cream 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls 2 T butter, melted 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Инструкции

1. Brown grnd beef and onion; drain. Add in spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce. Simmer gently to let flavors put together. Spread meat mix into 9x13 pan. Layer on cheese and lowfat sour cream. Top with crescent rolls. Brush with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 min. Yield: 8-10 servings.
